Joe Pyfer's Controversial Comments About Mexico

UFC middleweight Joe Pyfer called Mexico a “sh*thole” and vowed never to fight there again after a bad experience with food poisoning and police shakedowns. Pyfer eventually fought Kelvin Gastelum in New Jersey instead of Mexico City due to being “super sick.” Pyfer lost 14 pounds in seven hours and received threats after withdrawing from the Mexico fight.
