Project Homecoming - DHS Charter Flight for Self-Deporting Migrants

The Department of Homeland Security conducted a charter flight of 64 self-deporting migrants from Texas to Honduras and Colombia as part of Project Homecoming. The migrants were offered $1,000 and travel assistance to return to their home countries.
