Texas School Choice Program Bill Signed by Governor Abbott

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott signed a $1 billion school choice program bill, the largest of its kind in the nation, allowing parents to choose accredited private schools for their children. The law will go into effect on September 1, 2025.
