Federal Housing Subsidies and Time Limits

Becca Morris applied for a federal housing subsidy years ago, faced challenges, and lived in a small home with her son in Delaware. Despite a time limit on the subsidy, she was able to save money and is now buying her own house with the help of the Delaware State Housing Authority.
