Woman Receives Foot-Shaped Birthday Cake After Bunion Surgery
After bunion surgery, Claudia Shead's friend surprised her with a foot-shaped cake with a bunion on it for her birthday. Shead loved the cake and made sure to cut the bunion first. The cake was a Madeira cake with white chocolate. Bunions are common foot conditions caused by pressure on the big toe.
