Death of Marie Ange Blaise in ICE Custody

Marie Ange Blaise, a woman from Haiti, died in ICE custody at the Broward Transitional Center in Pompano Beach, Florida. Questions have been raised about the medical care she received. ICE claims all detainees receive proper medical care. Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick is calling for an independent investigation into Blaise's death.
